Customer Service & E-commerce Assistant (Casual)
We’re looking for an extra set of hands to join our small but mighty OiOi team as we head into our busiest time of year!
This is a casual role (2–4 shifts per week) based at our office in Moorabbin, Melbourne, where you’ll be supporting both our customer service team and our e-commerce operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with replying to customer enquiries in a timely manner via our Gorgias software platform, providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Helping parents find the right product and troubleshooting orders.
- Providing friendly, in-person support to customers in our showroom.
- Supporting the online store with admin tasks (order processing, updating products, uploading content).
- Reflecting order changes in our accounting platform MYOB to keep records accurate.
- Pitching in with general team support during peak season.
We’d love you to have:
- A friendly, can-do attitude and great communication skills.
- Confidence with computers (Shopify/e-commerce, Gorgias or MYOB experience a bonus, but not essential).
- An eye for detail and the ability to juggle a few things at once.
