12 Month Warranty Policy

 

We've been around almost 30 years for a reason. We source high-quality materials designed for everyday life - and in the rare event that there is a manufacturing fault with your OiOi, we offer a 12-month warranty.

How to make a warranty claim

If you notice a fault within the warranty period, please email us at sales@oioi.com.au with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • A description of the fault
  • Photos or a short video showing the issue
  • A photo of the care tag with the production number (usually located inside the product)

In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned so we can take a closer look. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we'll send you a prepaid return label and either repair or replace the item.

What's not covered

This warranty doesn't cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scuffs, fading, natural ageing)
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Improper care or storage (e.g. mould, harsh cleaning products)

Seconds stock

Products marked as "Seconds" are sold at a reduced price due to known faults or cosmetic imperfections, which are detailed on the product page. These disclosed issues aren't covered under warranty - however, the 12-month warranty still applies to any faults not listed at the time of purchase.
