1. Promoter
The promoter is OiOi Pty Ltd, trading as OiOi, ABN 38 091 608 954, of 10 Bulli Street Moorabbin.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion begins at 12:00am AEST on Thursday, 18 June 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Thursday, 18 June 2026.
Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who place an Eligible Order during the Promotion Period.
Employees, contractors, directors and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, customers must place an Eligible Order through oioi.com.au during the Promotion Period.
No code is required.
Each Eligible Order placed during the Promotion Period will receive one entry into the draw. Multiple entries are permitted if multiple Eligible Orders are placed.
5. Eligible Orders
An “Eligible Order” means an order placed through oioi.com.au during the Promotion Period that is successfully paid for and not cancelled, refunded or identified as fraudulent before the draw.
Wholesale orders, gift card purchases, in-person purchases and any orders placed outside the Promotion Period are excluded.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entry that is incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, cancelled or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
6. Prize
Five Eligible Orders will be selected at random to receive a refund of their order value.
Each refund is capped at $600 AUD per winner.
The total maximum prize pool is $3,000 AUD.
If a winning order value exceeds $600 AUD, the winner will receive a refund of $600 AUD only.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. If this is not possible, the Promoter may provide the refund via store credit or another reasonable method.
Shipping, duties, taxes, gift cards, store credit, discounts and any third-party fees may be excluded from the refunded amount at the Promoter’s discretion.
7. Winner Selection
The five winners will be selected at random from all Eligible Orders received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place at 9am AEST on Friday, 19 June 2026 at OiOi Head Office, Moorabbin VIC.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email and/or SMS using the contact details provided at checkout within 2 business days of the draw.
Winners may be asked to confirm details required to process their refund.
If a refund cannot be processed or a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter may redraw a new winner from the remaining Eligible Orders.
9. Prize Conditions
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
The prize cannot be redeemed for cash beyond the refund amount stated in these Terms & Conditions.
If a winning order is later returned, cancelled or found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize or request repayment of the refunded amount.
10. Publicity
By entering, winners agree that the Promoter may publish their first name, initial, state/territory and/or order number for the purpose of announcing or verifying the promotion results.
No full names or private contact details will be published without consent.
11. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject to any applicable laws.
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, payment processing delays, website outages, incorrect contact details or other circumstances that may affect a customer’s ability to enter or receive a prize.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used to conduct the promotion, verify entries, contact winners and process prizes.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with OiOi’s Privacy Policy, available at https://oioi.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.
