Signature Mini Backpack 2.0 - Oat Vegan Leather

We’ve been around almost 30 years for a reason! We source the highest-quality materials for our range to ensure they stand the test of time. In the rare event that there is a manufacturing fault with your OiOi, we offer a 12-month warranty.

OiOi began in 1997 when new mom Lisa set out to design a baby bag that was as stylish as it was practical. Nearly three decades later, she and her daughter Isabella now design together - blending timeless style with everyday functionality. Guided by a shared belief that parenting essentials should be both beautiful and built to last, every OiOi piece is thoughtfully crafted to make life on the go simpler and more joyful.

Error with an order

Incorrect address

We use an automated system that creates shipping labels using the exact address you have entered into the checkout. We are unable to change your address after you have checked out, so please double check that you have entered the correct details. If you live in a unit or apartment, please ensure that you clearly state your unit/apartment number.

If you have entered the wrong address at the checkout, please contact us at sales@oioi.com.au immediately with the subject title "URGENT-WRONG ADDRESS" and we may be able to change it before your order has been processed.

If your product has already shipped, we may be able to recall the package while it is still in transit and resend it. Please note in this case, any additional shipping costs will be charged back to you.
