We've been around almost 30 years for a reason. We source high-quality materials designed for everyday life - and in the rare event that there is a manufacturing fault with your OiOi, we offer a 12-month warranty.

How to make a warranty claim

If you notice a fault within the warranty period, please email us at sales@oioi.com.au with:

• Proof of purchase
• A description of the fault
• Photos or a short video showing the issue
• A photo of the care tag with the production number (usually located inside the product)

In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned so we can take a closer look. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we'll send you a prepaid return label and either repair or replace the item.

What's not covered

This warranty doesn't cover:

• Normal wear and tear (scuffs, fading, natural ageing)
• Accidental damage or misuse
• Improper care or storage (e.g. mould, harsh cleaning products)

Seconds stock

Products marked as "Seconds" are sold at a reduced price due to known faults or cosmetic imperfections, which are detailed on the product page. These disclosed issues aren't covered under warranty - however, the 12-month warranty still applies to any faults not listed at the time of purchase.

Fast Dispatch

We offer same business-day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm Melbourne time (AEST). All orders ship from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

Please note that this excludes orders containing "Pre-Order" items. These orders are shipped in full once restocked (find the restock date in the Product Title).

• FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $99 - estimated delivery 6–12 business days
• Standard Shipping: $20 (orders under $99) - estimated delivery 6–12 business days
• Express Shipping: $30 (orders under $99), $20 (orders $99 and over) - estimated delivery 3–7 business days

Customs & Import Charges

We do not charge duties or import fees at checkout, so there are no import duties or customs fees for you to pay. If any customs charge is applied to your order on delivery, we cover it. Simply contact us at sales@oioi.com.au and we will make it right.

Packaging

We have sourced our mail packaging from a number of fantastic, local Victorian based suppliers.

Diaper Bags and Stroller Organizers are packaged in a beautiful OiOi branded cardboard box - sourced from a supplier in Coolaroo, VIC.

Smaller item orders, such as babywear or changing pads, are packaged in compostable mailers sourced from a supplier in Moorabbin, VIC.

We use exclusively OiOi branded eco kraft tape for all orders - sourced from a supplier in Moorabbin, VIC.

We do not include invoices in your order to minimize paper, however, we do include a thank you card printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper with toxic-free inks. We work with a fantastic environmentally-friendly printer in Castlemaine, VIC.

Gift Message Service

We offer a free Gift Message Service. Simply include your gift message in the notes section of the Checkout. We also sell Greeting Cards if you would prefer the gift message to be handwritten on one of these.

Error with an order

Incorrect address

We use an automated system that creates shipping labels using the exact address you have entered into the checkout. Due to the high volume of orders and our fast processing times, we are unable to change your address after you have checked out, so please double check that you have entered the correct details. If you live in a unit or apartment, please ensure that you clearly state your unit/apartment number.

If you have entered the wrong address at the checkout, please contact us at sales@oioi.com.au immediately with the subject title "URGENT-WRONG ADDRESS" and we may be able to change it before your order has been processed by our warehouse team.

If your product has already been posted, we may be able to recall the parcel while it is still in transit and resend it. Please note in this case, any additional postage costs will be charged back to you.

Order edits

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we are unfortunately unable to edit any orders after they have been processed. Order edits that we are unable to perform include, but are not limited to, the following: change of address, change of product/s (including sizing), change of gift message, change of shipping method, combining multiple orders placed.

If you need to exchange a size or color, you are able to do so per our 30-day change of mind policy.
